The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy is a truly unique western venue for any special event. You and your guests can enjoy a first class evening with a western backdrop. Whether you host an event in The Hall or the Hal Littrell Pavilion, you are connected to a beautiful outdoor garden area. An event at the Hall of Fame is an incredible western experience---surround your event with Rodeo’s greatest artifacts.

The Hall can only accommodate evening groups. We will provide you with a list of approved local caterers that have established a rapport with our clients and us.

The ProRodeo Hall of Fame rental rates include: building services, table rounds and chairs, security, and contract cleaning. Please note that the museum owns 25 round tables seating eight each with chairs for 225. Twelve six foot and twelve eight foot tables, and 6 cocktail rounds are available for the use of the renter. Additional table and chair needs will be the responsibility of the renter.

  • $3000 corporate groups plus a $500 security deposit (refundable after event – approved by Facilities Department)
  • Nonprofit discount available
  • 50% deposit required when contract is signed

Occupancy:

  • 350 seated dinner
  • 500 stand up reception
